Convocation M203
And I am still feeling sentimental about the whole thing even though it is already over...
Alongside the C2/03 class of graduating doctors and the less mentioned pharmacy students, we were honoured for our efforts and hard work in successfully completing Phase 1 of our medical education in IMU Malaysia. Hours of studying in the library, all the sacrifices made and having endured all the lectures, it all seems justified and paid off now. It is also amazing to see how we all grew together; from the first day of Orientation to the day we all passed out and reached the final moments of a M203 communion. I mean, I seriously can't think of another event where maximum amount of us from the same batch will actually gather for a common purpose. The next convocation will be at many different places at many different times. So yeah, yesterday was about the last time we would all meet together in a large group.
I am so glad to have met up with many friends who I have not seen for ages. Also, it was also nice to meet up with parents of some of my close friends whom I have never met before. But I must say, it would have been even better if those who have already gone to PMS were with us yesterday. Those who are in Australia, Aberdeen and Canada. But anyway, it was a very memorable day yesterday and I really wish I could go through it again...minus the crappy speech by the Chancellor.
Congratulations M203 and all the best in your future. God bless you always!
